I made this piece way back in 2001 while sketching ideas for my singlecell gallery contribution. Unlike the singlecell submission this is a one dimensional cellula automata. As with my two dimensional "algaerhythm" cellular automata I am here translating the results of the cellular automata rules into both audio and visual pattern.
